Ordering Information

You can browse our website and place orders at any time.  PayPal, personal checks and Money Orders are accepted.  Personal checks may wait up to 7 days to clear before the item is shipped.  All customer information is held only for our records to process your order, no personal information is sold or collected for any other purpose.

Shipping Information

 

Unless requested, shipping will be via USPS.  If you wish postal insurance coverage with your order, please let us know when placing the order.  Most orders will be shipped within 1-2 business day. If there is a delay in shipping, the customer will be notified via email, text or a quick phone call.  We do not ship COD.

Our Guarantee

 

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, items may be returned for refund or exchange within 5 days of receipt provided the item is returned back in resalable condition.  You are responsible for the shipping charges to return the item - except in the case of error on our part, shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.

Precise Models LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, personal injury or loss of income, arising out of the purchase or use of any item listed on this website.  The historical information contained within this website is considered to be accurate to the best of our knowledge and we cannot be held responsible for any errors.
